Need to be submitted online no later than midnight on the prior Wednesday.

Orders for any Monday

Not available on Monday.

Orders for any Tuesday

Need to be submitted online no later than midnight on the prior Saturday.

Orders for any Wednesday

Need to be submitted online no later than midnight on the prior Monday.

Orders for any Thursday

Need to be submitted online no later than midnight on the prior Tuesday.
