Our award-winning Chocolate Mousse Cakes are made with a thick layer of our famous chocolate mousse (with small chunks of chocolate inside) between two layers of fresh egg chocolate sponge, topped with fresh cream and strawberries separated by decorative chocolate fans with chocolate shavings dusted in cocoa filling the centre of the cake. This is one of our best selling cakes and guaranteed to please!
