Stage 3 - Expression of Interest
Download our Expression of Interest Form & return via email. Alternatively, post to Franchise Enquiries, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses, 35 Harrick Rd, Keilor Park, Vic 3042.
Stage 4 - Let's Meet
Establish to meet to discuss the opportunity to own a Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses Franchise. This is often followed up by an additional meeting for further review & questions.
Stage 5 - Financial
Upon mutual agreement to proceed, we will issue you a financial information request for you to complete.
Stage 6 - Legal Agreement & Offer
Once again, if both parties wish to continue, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses will provide our Franchise Agreement & Disclosure Document for review.
Stage 7 - Review

Stage 8 - Join the Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses Family
Both parties sign the Franchise Agreement. Deposit or full payment may be required dependent on the store in question (this will be agreed prior).
Stage 9 - Preparation
This involves getting you ready to run you own business including training, ordering, completing courses (food handling, H&S), getting you equipped, completing set up checklist.
Stage 10 - Welcome
Opening your store. This includes receiving in-store assistance & support from the Ferguson Plarre training team to help you build the confidence to manage on your own. Likewise, local marketing such as advertising, store specials, voucher handouts etc are undertaken to help you on your way!
