Our products are baked by families for families and over 95% of our stores are franchised and run by families who have joined the Ferguson Plarre team! All of our cakes & pastries are baked fresh daily under the keen eye of Michael Plarre (4 th generation Plarre family). Our retail managers Ken & Anthony Ferguson (4 th & 5 th generation Ferguson family) remain in close communication with all of our Bakery Franchise store managers with Pam Ferguson in charge of our marketing department. Our business administration is run by Ralph & Steven Plarre (3 rd & 4 th generation Plarre family) and employs 'best practice' standards, including online ordering and a state-of-the-art website to ensure the next generation of Ferguson Plarre stores will continue this great tradition. We have proven ourselves to be one of Australia's most successful bakeries with an award-winning cakes & savouries range and a growing network of over 38 bakery franchise outlets across Victoria.
