Buns are available daily from 16th March – 13th April 2017. Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to pick up.
Minimum Fundraising Order: 10 dozen buns (can be a mix of choc chip & traditional)
Step 1 – Plan
Plan the date to receive your products and call to book the date with your local FERGUSON PLARRE.
Step 2 – Dates & Distribute
Work out the date for forms to be returned to you. Remember to allow yourself enough time to collate orders and notify FERGUSON PLARRE within 3 days of the collection date.
Put all appropriate dates on the Order Collectors Form, photocopy and distribute to your students/members to start collecting orders.
Step 3 – Collect
Collect forms and money and tally totals. Use the Master Order Form provided to record all orders.
Step 4 – Ring
Ring your local FERGUSON PLARRE with the final order by Tuesday the 11th April. The earlier we get your orders the better!
Step 5 – Pick up
Pick up your order and distribute to your customers
Step 6 – Count Funds!
Count your funds raised & celebrate with your team about the great things you’ll be able to do with them!
