Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses Purchases

If your Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses purchase is faulty or does not meet our quality standards to your satisfaction, you may return it within three days of purchase to the Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse store from which you originally purchased the product. To return an item, the item must be as complete as possible and in its original packaging where possible, and you must provide your receipt or other proof of purchase.

To enable us to maintain our high product standards, you may be required to provide details of your product purchase, its handling and storage and the product fault.

Please ensure that you tell the team which store you picked the product up from, when you made the purchase and what the issue was with the product

We note that refunds will not available where the product problem has been caused by you not properly handling or storing the product, or not eating the product within its designated shelf life. 

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase except as specified below:

  • Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded as cash.
  • A Voucher will be issued for all purchases made using a gift card or gift receipt/purchases.

No refunds are available for shipping and handling costs unless we have shipped the incorrect product to you.

We will endeavour to process refunds as soon as possible, however refunds usually take 14 days and delays can sometimes occur.. 

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses Exchanges:

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order or purchase a replacement product.
