Terms & Conditions

Limited-Time Franchise Incentive

(Valid for contracts completed on or before 30 June 2027)

1. Who Can Apply

  • Open to new Ferguson Plarre locations only.
  • Applicants must meet our franchise selection criteria and cover all training costs.

2. Key Contract Requirements

  • An unconditional Franchise Agreement must be signed, and all disclosure and cooling-off periods completed before 30 June 2027.
  • The business purchase price and other associated costs must be paid as required.

3. Additional Terms

  • A franchise term of up to 10 years may be available, subject to the underlying lease terms.
  • If the store lease ends during the 10 year franchise term, the franchise term may also end at that same time, without compensation
  • Lease renewal fees may apply for new or extended leases during the franchise term.
  • Store refurbishments may be required during the term either if requested by the landlord or if required to ensure that the store meets our store standards
  • A tailored 12-week marketing and bakery promotions campaign will be created in the lead-up to your store opening to help drive awareness and sales from day one.
