Cancellations & Rescheduling Orders

CELEBRATION CAKE CANCELLATION POLICY. INCLUDES CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19 LOCKDOWNS OR ONGOING RESTRICTIONS

We understand that plans can change, and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. We accept weekday cancellations by phone prior to 3:00 pm.

All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your cake is due to be collected or 14 days before your cake is due to be collected if it is a custom cake design. There are no exceptions and these rules apply even if cancellation is due to COVID-19 lockdown or associated restrictions.

All changes must be handled directly with the manager of the store where the cake was ordered, the store you are collecting it from or the Administrative team at the Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses Head Office.

It is entirely up to our discretion, to change or otherwise offer any other options to the customer. Any cakes that are not picked up at the store specified will NOT be refunded.

RESCHEDULING AN ORDER

Due to the handmade nature of our products, if you need to postpone your cake for a later date, we require at least 72 hours notice.

However, if the cake is a custom made cake, we require at least 14 days notice to reschedule your order.

DELIVERY ORDERS

Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer’s incorrect information will be taken back to the store that it was picked up from and stored until further notice from the customer. If an order cannot be delivered due to customer error, it is the customers responsibility to arrange collection or rearrange delivery, at their own cost, directly with 13Cabs.

Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any cake, cupcake, baked item that is not picked up or delivered within 48 hours after the due time and you will NOT be refunded due to the above rules.
