Junior Sales Assistant, Senior Sales Assistant and Barista

Requirements:

Looking for a passionate, fun and loving person who enjoys cakes and coffee to join our team here at Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse Southland. Coffee experience is preferred but not required. A reminder that under the Victorian Government law you will need to be double dose vaccinated as we offer dining services in our stores.

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses – South Morang (New)

Store Manager

We are seeking an accomplished, energetic person to take the lead and manage our new Drive-Thru store located in South Morang. We need you to be the one to set the standard and make this store your own. You will need to be someone with high energy, experience, a passion for people and an eye for detail.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally retail food.
  • Experience in managing a drive-thru restaurant.
  • Highly capable to lead, develop and engage people.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.

About the role:

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellence in execution of Product Quality, Service, Safety, Cleanliness and Speed Standards.
  • Driving and achieving Sales and Cost targets.
  • Building a vibrant, energetic, and inclusive team culture by training and coaching of team members.
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences which exceeds their expectations.
  • Maintaining operational excellence and efficient store systems.
  • Effective rostering to ensure Right People, Right Place, Right Time.

This role will require you to be available to work across the store trading hours, including weekends when required. Full barista training is available for this role.
