Our pies are made to a time-tested family recipe using only the best ingredients. The base is made using a delicious short-crust dough. For our filling we use hormone-free beef mince cooked in our delicious gravy and seasoned with cracked pepper. We then top it with a light fluffy pastry and bake it until golden.
